please don’t offer to buy my characters that aren’t unlisted or in my shop folder!
To start out the obvious, DON’T:
- claim that you originally created the character.
- claim that the initial/original design as yours.
- heavily reference my design/characters
PAYMENT:
For currency I accept PayPal, Cashapp, & Venmo!
In offers, do occasionally look for art, steam games, and discord nitro/gifts.
- Payment must be in full! I cannot do split.
- payment must be paid within a week! until I take it off pending. I’m open to talk about time extensions.
- offers must match up to pricing, I will not accept anything lower than my lowest.
- Art payment: I’m willing to wait around 3-4 months. Feel free to communicate about time extensions, however it cannot exceed after 6 months.
if I’ve been left on read/ghosted after 3 check-ups, I will take you off of pending.
RESELL:
- don’t oversell it after it’s initial value, please sell my designs fairly.
- I’m fine with my designs reaching out of toyhouse, only as long I’m still linked to its creation.
OWNERSHIP:
My only concern is that I would like to be credited for the original creation, and that it doesn’t fall into the hands of anyone controversial.
Other than that, I’m perfectly fine with what you do with my designs once it’s been bought. That includes:
- changing its design / customs
- authorization / hiding
- reuploading the character (customs specifically, still wish to be credited for OG design)
- mascot / commercial use / sona useany questions feel free to ask me about anything! I’m personally new to this, don’t be afraid to say anything!
